Handset Receiver Volume Control lets you adjust the volume of the handset receiver.
Class of Service option "Handset Volume Adjustment - Saved" allows you to save the handset volume on the set. However, the handset volume reverts to the default
if MiVoice Business is rebooted
if the set is reset
if the set is a dual mode (SIP and MiNET) model and the volume was set at its maximum level.
The Handset Receiver Volume Control does not apply to 2500 telephones.
The handset receiver volume is independent of the speaker volume.
Enable the Handset Volume Adjustment - Saved option to retain volume adjustments between calls.
Supported on all devices.
To adjust the Handset Receiver Volume when you are using the handset:
Press the volume control keys.
To adjust the receiver volume when you are using the handset:
Press the UP or DOWN key while in a call.
To adjust the receiver volume:
While in a call, press the Up or Down button on the side of the handset.
